SOLACE WELLNESS SPA W.L.L provides on-site wellness, recovery, and grooming services at our physical branch in Tubli, Kingdom of Bahrain.

As our primary services are provided at our physical location rather than through the shipment of physical products, standard shipping and delivery do not apply to our wellness appointments.

2. Local and International Shipping

Shipping of physical products is not applicable to standard wellness and spa appointments.

3. Digital Vouchers and Confirmations

Where applicable, digital vouchers, booking confirmations, or payment confirmations may be delivered electronically by email or SMS following a successful online transaction.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are not applicable because physical product shipping is not generally part of our services.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Payments for appointments are generally non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed, except where a refund is approved by Solace Wellness Spa or is required by applicable law.

2. Cancellation-Related Refunds

If a cancellation is eligible for a refund under our Cancellation Policy, the applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method, subject to the policies and processing times of the relevant payment provider.

3. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing at least 6 hours' prior notice will result in the appointment payment being non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

1. Service Exchanges

As Solace Wellness Spa primarily provides wellness, recovery, grooming, and appointment-based services, service exchanges are generally not applicable after the service has been provided.

2. Appointment Changes

Customers who wish to change their appointment may request a rescheduling at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time, subject to availability.

Any approved change or alternative arrangement is subject to Solace Wellness Spa's availability and applicable service terms.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Terms

• Appointments may only be rescheduled at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• If you are unable to attend your appointment, you must notify us at least 6 hours in advance.
• Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the session payment being non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability.
• Any refund, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable payment provider procedures.

By completing an online payment or booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, including the applicable cancellation and refund policies.
